Hamilton Thompson Travel specializes in creating customized itineraries that are designed around each client’s interests and travel style. Like many professional consultants, we are fee-based advisors and work on a collaborative basis to elevate every aspect of your travel experience, providing maximum value for your time and money.

-BASIC BOOKING-

$50–Hotel room only booking

$100 –Hotel room research and booking

Our partnership amenities (typically free breakfast, $100 resort credit, room upgrades when available, early check-in/late check-out) add value above and beyond this fee.

-ITINERARY DESIGN FEE-

$350/week of travel for up to 4 people

additional $50/person per week thereafter

A detailed conversation to learn about your past travel experiences, likes/dislikes, hobbies and interests, activity level and vision for your upcoming trip.

Proposal Design

Time spent to research and plan the trip of your dreams. Our itineraries include hotel accommodations, transportation, tours and assistance with travel insurance. A complete trip proposal will be developed based on the information shared and budget determined in the Discover Appointment.

Trip Details

Once your trip is booked and confirmed with a deposit, assistance is provided with all travel-related details including destination information, upgrades and amenities, special requests and trip management from start to finish.

-AIRLINE BOOKINGS-

-DOMESTIC FLIGHTS-

$50/ticket with $300 maximum per family

(includes Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean)

-INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS-

$100/ticket with $400 maximum per family

*We also handle private aviation requests.

This service is optional; clients may choose to research & book their own flights. Flights are booked with the assistance of Brownell Travel’s dedicated air desk. In addition to researching and issuing tickets for your trip, our professional air specialists provide 24-hour Emergency Assistance while traveling to ensure a smooth journey.

-CRUISE BOOKINGS-

$300 per cabin

Additional fees may apply for pre and post-cruise planning or customized shore excursions.

-CONCIERGE SERVICES-

Please inquire about pricing for luxury concierge services, including dining reservations, spa appointments, theatre tickets, golf tee times and more.
